They will show your product is out for delivery and then will give various reasons like 'customer not available at the address' 'address not found' without even attempting to deliver. You will have to go n collect it from their office every single time.. worst ever service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever send it using this particular blue dart office..No one will talk to you over phone + if the ETA is tomorrow it will delivered day after tomorrow or God knows when. Irresponsible at its core .. definitely don't use this for urgent documents

Everytime they send a courier guy who enquires a lot about the person whose courier he gets.even if the person speaks on call,he want physical presence..even if he gives OTP which I think is enough to identify a person .still he insists physical presence. Please don't send this person who does not know the importance of OTP .everytime no one can b present at home
