One issue which happened with me was I purchased pulsar bike from this showroom .while purchasing the bike they give a telfon coating coupon having prize of Rs.600 and this telfon coating is used for 3 times during service times. For the 1st time when I took my bike for servicing, at the end they polish my bike using an amway polishing product along with other polishing product in the name of teflon coating.That polish can hardly cost about 10 to 20 rs maximum not more then that. That's why when for the 2nd time I took my bike for servicing I talked to the staff of showroom that I don't want to take that teflon service because thats not at all worth .They directed me talk to the Manager and when I talked to him. I told him that I don't want refund of my money but one thing you can do is that you can just give any other services for the remaining money instead of that teflon coating. He seems a bit arrogant he is saying that In 600 rs how can you get teflon coating it's costly.He was arguing with me that it's your fault that you didn't tell us for the 1st of your service that you don't like it.and we can't give you that money or do other services apart from telfon coating.i was like you are doing scam here just polishing with ordinary polish in the name of teflon coating so he is like yeah we are doing scam but as because you are late to tell about this fact now fault is yours .you could have done it before.

My experience was not great. Without opening bike engine they assumed the price which I cannot afford. I will prefer the local garage.

Lots of communication gap between staff member. They are polite but need lots of learning.

Services is very bad. New staff are un professional , they didnt know how to talk. About services old staff are good but now there is no-one . Do not purchase AMC (annual mentainance Contract ) it is a scam. Its only work when u service your bike in servicing time .twice i purchase headlight bulb ,flasher and horn . They did not give 5% discount and manger is also not helping in nature . They just say dekhuchu... Mu kahuchi..... So before purchase any bike of bajaj . Pls consider about how much you suffer in servicing.

Needs more elevated space and machinery for quality service, However response and work is fast.. Good service man

Service is average. Delivery experience not at all good. They will only hand over you the key after gate pass is done, no picture to be clicked with big key and bajaj background. Initially they will assist you in choosing bike. Once you book the bike and payment is done then no one will assist you during delivery.
