★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The servicing quality is good, no doubt! But you have to take your day off in order to get your bike serviced, It takes atleast 6 hours due to long que. If you are planning for servicing be there before it opens, at 9am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Sales Executives and Owner is also very friendly!!! But after Dhanesh Bhai the new Service executive is very rude and His behaviour is very awful. If Dhanesh Bhai will be back then service level will be back as previous years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of workmanship is good, but space is a real constrain. Moreover, proper supervision of work, as well as effective co-ordination with the customers is very very poor.
The service center opens at about 10 am and vehicle maintenance work starts at about 10.30 Hrs. This is very late. Hope Sinha Suzuki personnel will take a note of this & make arrangements for early opening of at least the servicing section.
Again I had been to this place in March'2022.
Servicing started at 10 AM. Because of space constraints, service remains chaotic. Coordination part had improved a bit. There was a TV in customer waiting area, this has been removed. Tyre pressure checking section is not working. Machine is out of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just promise the thing that they cannot keep...
They promised me that they will give the delivery positively by monday but on monday the have pretty much new excuses the they just can't give the bike to me .
And at the time of purchase they also said that they will give us a helmet but its been a month after the puchase and my bike's first servicing also done but not got the helmet yet ......
Very poor team effort and very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its waste to give one star also but that is the lowest rating. They talk to you nicely till the purchase of the vehicle then they will show you the hell for spare parts and service. Worst staff won't respond to any call or message.
