I went here for a sunday brunch and was really disappointed with their service. They were not able to handle the crowd and tried seating people in the bakery area instead of the restaurant which was meant for dining. The worst part was that people like us seated in the bakery area did not have any waiters to help with the dining, also that everytime someone needed to get something they had to walk all the way to the dining area which was really far. To add to this, the food jar in which dal makhani was kept had a little bit of bacteria on the top handle which is totally unacceptable during these covid times. Also the food was not at all worth the money. The deserts just looked good but did not taste good at all. Do not recommend anyone to visit.

One of best fine dine we visited around Whitefield. . . Food was really delicious. . if you opt for buffet. . . options are less compared to what ABs and others offer. . . Though whatever is on offer will be finger licking good:)

I have been there quite a few times in the past. The food is good and I like being there. However the service is very scratchy and can go up and down based on the day. e.g. Yesterday we were about 15 people and they had 4-5 people to serve us, still they couldn't get us our orders. Even asking for water they had to be reminded 2-3 times. It's not about insufficient staff, it may be about service attitude or may be they have all trainees so they are still learning.

The food only looks good but forget about the taste. Because there isn't. Some or the other experiments or fusion foods they've put which tastes horrible. Few years ago, I had been to Marriott's Bellandur outlet. The food was far better over there, compared to this place.

The mushroom Soup was standard fare The Asian mains had both hakka noodles and garlic fried rice . Green veggies curry was excellent and chicken in oyster sauce was good too , though pungent as one would expect. "Peeli paneer tikka" - succulent , cooked to perfection paneer . Cajun sweet potato - low on Cajun and bland for me . Veg Kofta curry, Panneer Tikka masala were both rich thick gravies just like I love them. The tandoor for making indian breads was right infront of us. So literally we had our Naans "right out of the oven !! " :) Desserts here are to die for An assortment of pastries (blackforest, choco brownie) Dry fruit kalakand had lot of khova and less dry fruits. . Nevertheless , I liked it ...but a typical hyderabadi who has enjoyed dry fruit kalakhand there may compain . Special thanks to Mr. Nitish Mishra for the impeccable service and personal attention !!!

Recently on 10dec, I ordered a customised cake for our marriage anniversary from chef Anshu in M cafe at Marriott Whitefield, but it was a horrible experience we ever had from Marriott. I have discussed all the details including flavour, design and cream with chef Anshu at least a week before, but the cake was not finished properly, and it was prepared at last moment and delivered in a hurry. That’s why the finishing of the cake was awful. We ordered Tiramisu, and got charged a premium price, but there was no taste of liquor at all, the sponge was very hard, and we requested for Italian meringue butter cream instead low quality American butter cream was used because I was getting the taste of Icing sugar in every bite. Every detail I provided to chef Anshu and confirmed with him for multiple times. But when complained to him about the finish he agreed that before delivery he didn’t even check the cake. What kind of professionalism is this? He is not aware that what is getting delivered to his customers, when he himself is responsible for the same. None of my guest liked the cake. It was immensely embarrassing situation for me. I am a regular customer of Marriott, and always order cake from Marriott, but never had such a underwhelming experience from Marriott. I will never order again from Marriott till chef Anshu is in the hotel.

Visited on a weekend for a dinner buffet. The variety and taste were both a huge disappointment. Not expected off a Marriott restaurant. It was more like a complementary dinner and not a paid one. The starters were extremely bad.. stir fried veggies were cold and rubbery, couldn’t chew them, the fish was overcooked and chicken manchurian was sub standard. Panner tikka was the only edible item. They did not even have a non-veg rice(biryani), which is usually a staple in Indian food buffets. I’d say every dish had a very basic taste, not what you’d expect of a luxury hotel buffet. The staff was hospitable. However, the chat counter was not responsive at all, we placed the order and had to wait for a long time..we received it after walking to the counter four times and reminding them. The entrance and lobby areas are great. But the ambiance in the dining area is also not that great. The outdoor seating was dim lit in a very unimpressive manner. They haven’t put a lot of effort is aesthetics.

Visited this restaurant and had a really nice experience with their dinner buffet. They have a wide variety of items on offer including both veg and non-veg items. You get a couple of starters in both veg as well as non-veg and get quite a few items in the main course as well. Main course also includes Biriyani and some Italian items. There is a wide spread of dessert items also available. Overall you're spoilt for choice with all the options available. The quality and taste of all the dishes is also nice and I didn't have any major complaints with any of the items present. Service is also good and the staff take good care of you. Must visit place this for a nice dinner buffet.
