★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service! I very infrequently watch cable tv, whenever I do the cable doesn’t work, unauthorised access. Every time I have to call and follow up for a couple of day to get it working. The only prompt thing is their payment collection, the guy would be there on 1st of the month, come what may.
