★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic place for servicing. Staffs are very ill behaved. They don't even provide you a proper bill for your servicing. Theu think customers are fool and won't understand their cheap tactics. Only God knows how much do they hide from the company. I don't think Sales are good either. At first I've come here to purchase an rtr 1604v bs6 model, but the staffs were fully unaware of the features. They said 1604v has dual channel ABS which is completely wrong as it comes with dual disc single channel ABS. They didn't even know the significance of an FI engine. This is the level of misguiding people. So at last I've changed my mind and bought the bike from somewhere else and I'm happy that I've got a good deal. It's my hard earned money I'm investing on a machine like this, staffs should understand that you have to be patient and you have to be well behaved to that customer, because at the end of the day only that customer will give you money to run your business. If any customer is lost. That's because of your fault, learn from it and improvise it in your life. I'm never going to take my bike here for servicing , neither I will suggest anyone to take theirs or buy from here.
