★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday (3rd August 2020), I went to this showroom in search of a battery of my scooty. While stepping in inside the showroom, I paused for while to see if there was any disclaimer about taking off sandals before entering. No, there was no such notice outside. But yes, there were couple of sandals scattered, therefore I took off my sandals and proceeded inside. My father, elder brother were following me. While I went to the enquiry section to enquire about the battery, abba and dada too entered. Forgetfully, dada did not take off his sandals. And there was a lady who rudely kept on shouting, literally shouting at him. One man joined her in support. My brother said one thing, it is corona situation, why are you forcing people to take off sandals? The lady replied ,so what can we do? We don't care.
(All these conversation went on in Bengali)
I literally got angry, but controlling my emotion. I told her, THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND BEHAVIOUR. You could have told the same thing politely, learn manners to talk to customers first, then sale bikes.
Disclaimer: If there was an option to give negative stars, I would have given highest stars in negative. It does not even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like the behaviour of the staffs. They don't care about customer & don't know how to treat a customer. Very disappointed specially with its after sale service. I've been returned from last 2 months for service of my scooter. They just keep saying, parts are still not delivered to us for last 2 months.
Really Very bad experience, don't come here to buy any honda bikes & scooters. Better to visit Kishanganj showroom at least their behaviour is far better than from this showroom.

In ISLAMPUR people are helpless for Honda service.
