Food : a Bit expensive.
DIDN'T GET MOSQUITO REPELLENT EVEN AFTER 3 REMINDERS, AS FOUND MANY MOSQUITOES IN ROOM.
Behaviour: Good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried 1st time on 17th April 2022 with family. Service and food was not satisfactory. Seems there is no Tomato in tamato soup. Main course served before starter complete. Bill offered before completing dinner. Seems all are in hurry to get business with out giving service and quality. Had given feedback to Manager at counter, but he has ignored and not reverted. Surely will not go 2nd time to M Kutty's veg Restro. Also will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a fine entrance and two story dine in ( Non AC at ground floor and air conditioned at first floor), Place is cosy and having space constraints for rush hours on saturdays.
Difficult to move in between the area as place gets very noisy around here if you're looking for a peaceful dinner time you are at wrong place.
Waiters do not ask you how you like to have water they just simply give bottled water and add it, Staff is nice they do not care whether you shout or dance in here and other people can not have their meal peacefully.
Billing process is structured not having options of any mode of card payment they accept only cash or Gpay, Souvenir are not available.
If you're ever coming to this place your stomach will curse you till morning.
Chaas is good here ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in hotel. Overall ratings will be 4/5. Personal can leave with slightly compromise or if he have busy life like me not much he will notice.
Housekeeping -3/5 ( 1st day when return from office no one has clean the room & they do cleaning in hurry ,in my 4 day visit they had never removed soap cover which was kept by past guest beside exhaust fan, behind wash basin , after 3 days they had cleaned dustbin which was filled with past guest garbage and mine)
Clean- 4/5( upr upr theek h)
Service - in term of food 4/5, and in term of other 3/5( towel with tear mark, small length towel, multiple time told them to change, drinking glass low quality, T.V remote not working etc)
Light - 4/5( blue light no present)
Air Conditioner -5/5
Washroom -4/5 (Congested wash room during bathing)
Electrical -3/5- beside bed side only one socket., In bathroom one expose electrical point.
Fire safety - 1/5 - No fire extinguisher beside room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food taste is sometimes good but nt always, the service is not fast at all. Specially Having an party fpor 25 people prior to letting know in advance. They just kept 1 serivce for 25 pax. And the service was so delayed. That all the food got cold and didn tasted better. Onions are served after sabji roti. And papad at the last. No butter on butter rotis. Matlab kyaa hi complaint karu. Sabme taklif. Soups were nt servel)'l₩d in soup bowl until we argued. They were serving it in parcel plastic containers on the table. A restaurant should serve dal in bowls or katori, but the dal was served directly on rice. All photos will prove your queries. Never ever do a group party over here. You can still try ala carte once. But never a kitty, birthday or get 2 gether kinda party.
