★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the oldest and best south indian restaurant in the city, if you ever get a chance to visit don't forget to try their most loved dish jini dosa. Also you'll have plenty of options to choose from if you want to try something new everytime.
Totally worth it for dosa lovers.

no more idli sambhar... even in the mornings also...
they denied uttapam even when it was in the list...
Khali dhosa se hi apni dukan chalani hai to chala lo fir...
sambhar has lot of oil in it, takes away the whole purpose of South Indian food being healthy...
the old tiny welcome hotel serves better sambhar than this place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very famous fast food and South Indian food restaurant. They prepare various dishes on dhosa, the also had special menu for the jain community i.e without onion, garlic etc,
The price of dishes are very reasonable, they had very vary price range for RS 30 to maximum 250 amount or may be more, i had never consumed that much price, but overall experience at that place was very nice .
But I'll recommend don't go there early in the evening 3:00pm, they take long time to process your order at 3:00, as the cook or charcoal, it takes long time to heat the base.
To get all things on time I'll recommend visit this place after 3:30 if you had evening plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited on weekend in last to last week. We order my niece favorite Chocolate ? dosha. We order cheese ? Franklin Dhosa, taste was full with butter ?. Every should try this atleast one. Maruti is oldest Dhosa shop with huge taste. You can try more than 81 varieties of dhosa. Chocolate dhosa was looking like cake ?.

A dosa is a thin pancake or crepe originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance, although savoury flavours are generally emphasized (sweet variants also exist). Its main ingredients are rice and black gram, ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt, then fermented. Dosas are a common dish in South Indian cuisine, but now have become popular all over the Indian subcontinent. Dosas are served hot along with chutney by tradition and sambar in recent times. Other accompaniments include chutney powder (a fine groundnut and lentil powder).
