★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge the customer heavily, but work for contractor. Mine is 40X50 east facing plot and they had spoiled the structure of my house very badly. All of them to help the contractor. Following are the details:
1. I was not explained about the pros and cons of masonry structure and load bearing structure. When I found the details my self with the other structural engineer and asked them to change to load bearing structure, they had charged double for the work.
2. They designed a huge car parking of 25X15, bigger than the living room of 22X12, ignoring my request to change. It resulted in visible huge beams running in car parking area.
3. Each site visit was charged at Rs.4000 and all the design details are purposefully hided to sure more mistakes by mestri resulting more site visits.
4. Structure details are not verified properly to make sure the mestri is buliding as per the plan.
5. Windows are not designed properly.
Very egoistic and act like they are paying the customer in reverse. Please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took services from M&M architects for construction of my duplex house. Mr. Moncy - who is chief architect, took our requirements like open spaces, rooms, budget etc.
They offered us flexible packages and I must admit that the fee reasonable and competitive. I got multiple floor plans, which helped me to make right decisions on house layout, elevation etc.
I got constant support and inputs during whole 15 months of construction period. They were neutral when my contractor tried to play some gimmicks and promptly redirected him to me. I got constant guidance on quality of materials and workmanship. We debated on utilizing every inch of space without loosing elegance. I gave them creative freedom on certain aspects and the final output was very satisfactory.
I would definitely recommend them for anyone who would like to construct their dream house.

They did the architecture of my duplex house. It was almost a year back when I took their service. Had a very good experience. They provided flexible fee plan to choose from. I took the structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, 3D drawings etc from them.
They are professional and down to earth people. I had lot of discussions and asked for lot of changes to the design. Mr Moncy was very open and promptly addressed those and guided me very patiently.
