On red bus application they show bus nd when we call they says there is no bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Bus was from Ahmedabad to Bangalore last week. I travelled in the night from my hometown to reach ahmedabad in the morning.
But I got no call from the bus operator (MR travels) for any info on the bus. Moreover there was no office at the pickup point (Paldi) which is highly unlikely for bus travels. I also tried calling on the number given to me by Paytm which was switched off all the time.
I then had to book a different bus to travel the same day, as I was getting late. So I filed a complaint on Paytm to get a refund, I still haven't received my refund for the travel.
