★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst PG in Salt Lake. I have visited the place on November 18th of 2019 with my father. They charge for everything here from Wi-Fi to washing machine while those services are provided free of cost in other PG’s in Salt Lake. Even the Sunday lunch is not free, whereas in other PG’s in Salt Lake you will get lunch on Sunday’s as well as on national holidays without spending a single penny as it is included in your rent. Also, you can cook your own food in other PG’s since they are facilitated with a cooking gas, whereas here you are not allowed to use the cooking gas here and neither you can keep your own gas. Here the owner abides by the rule of how he can extract more money from the tenants by degrading the quality of service intended to be provided by him. Interference from the owner is the most in this PG and there’s an absence of personal space in here. Overall, if you search for other PG’s at this price point, you can get better PG’s with good services. Never fall in the trap of sweet words by the owner and his family.
