The story comes in the Dasam Skand of Shrimdev Bhagavat, when Brahma ji first creates Swayambhavvammanu and Shatruupa with his mind. Then after marriage, Swayambhav Manu made a statue of Goddess with his hands and performed harsh tenacity for a hundred years. Satisfied with his austerity, Bhagwati blessed him with a state of deserving state, family growth and the highest post. Mahadevi went to Vindhyachalvarvata after giving his blessing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the region of Vindhyachal, at the Ganges bank the temple of Godess Vindhyawasini invites devotees from all corner of world. Temple is being renovated for Parikrama and soon Parikrama will be accessible for devotees. Place is very small and limited options of accomodation available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb feelings and peaceful environment here,use roapway on "Asthabhuji Devi Temple" and enjoy the nature beauty.
Caution:- You should careful here because pandas demand money and forcibly ask you to donate as more as you can.They also perform some anusthan if you go here with your hubby,please don't go for such anusthan and simply pray and obtain the blessings of the three Temple's Devi Maa and donate as you wish but in the donation box.
This will definitely stopped in future when trusts are created by the Govt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vindhyachal is very beautiful dham in Mirzapur and when i enter in the temple campus nobody is able to stand properly because of crowd and all the pujari doing like they haven't seen money all the time pandits demanding money from shradhalu If you give little bit money to pandits they don't take even they don't sparsh your bhog to mata and I want to tell something about mata temple.
In padmapuraan, vindhyachal-nivasini has been associated with the name of vindhavasini ,the super power of this vindhavasini . the story comes in the dasham skand of shrimdev bhagwat when bramha ji first create.
