★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever... I visited this shop few months back for the first time, at that time it was very small shop where no one use to visit. The owner of the shop used to join hands in front of customers but after taking a big showroom he is now at another level.
Few days back I purchased a saree from maakali, there was a lady who helped me to purchase it. I asked her if it is possible to deliver this bcoz I was going under surgery and wasn’t able to come back and pick the saree again, she agreed and gave her personal number. After three days I called her for continuous 3 days they disconnected my call and when I called non stop the man picked up the call and started yelling at me. He abused me and refused to give my money back. I was so embarrassed in front of my relatives as those sarees were gift. The man is such a awful person he doesn’t know how to talk. Despite of accepting their mistake he started giving me threats. Genuinely he deserved a police case against him but these kind of people are simply wastage of time. STAY AWAY FROM CHEATERS.
