★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a Panasonic ac from Vijay electronics new saganer road at Jaipur I have purchased ac by 15 days ago the ac with come with definitely and just I will complainant to Panasonic service centre they was say that company will not give any warranty of this product because the installation is not done by company person I have bill of Vijay electronic with installation I have call to Vijay electronic many time but they say me you don’t worry we have solve this problem by local vendors but when owner sell me this product say me this product comes with three months completely replaced and 5 years PCB warranty 10 years compresser warranty but the company say me there have no warranty of this product and the owner behaves like very bad please help us thanks owner name Rakesh is chor person and very bad person and is son is also chor is big con please not buy and product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good to buy AC but if u want to use AC then they will not installed in time. Almost took 3 days and still awaiting for installation.
Purchased one AC and cancelled to buy 2 more AC bcoz of worse installation service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service which an electronic store can offer.. Even after 5 days of purchasing an air conditioner, I am still awaiting the installation. Despite multiple followups, struggling to get it installed .. And now the store owner is not even responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go for this showroom. They are pathetic when it comes to after sale services. I bought carrier AC from them. Firstly the product was a defective one. Secondly they literally made me chase them and made me cry for the basic 1 year free ac service. I am going to take an action against them in the consumer court . But all the future buyers, please DO NOT BUY YOUR ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES FROM THIS FAKE PLACE
