★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Kia Van painted at the shop in Fort Walton Beach, the gentleman said it would be painted back the original color and I paid extra for sanding of vehicle due to paint peeling and to have the headlights that were fogged to be cleaned, he said they would look like new. Well the paint is not original it had a silver metallic originally and now it is grey, the headlights one is good the other has looks like melted plastic running down and spider webbed looking also. I questioned the gentleman checking me out and he kept saying "you just don't know about this stuff". Also on the back bumper it is rough where it looks like they didn't clean off when they finished sanding and he said it was the bumper breaking down but when I questioned if the bumpers would paint good they assured me that they do this all the time. The job is very poor quality and the man named "Josh" is very rude and tries to make you feel dumb, just because I am a woman and over 65 doesn't mean that this is my first vehicle or first one getting repaired. Guess they like taking advantage of the elderly. I too own a business and this was one of my delivery vehicles that is now going to be out in the street of our town with poor quality paint job and I've already been asked who did your work. Do you think you got a good review - this person is also in business like myself with vehicles that he delivers in and wanted his painted as well but quess not at MAACO. I had talked to them when I left my van that another of my delivery vehicles needed painting and I would swap out when I picked up the van but that didn't happen. A petty things was I received a call from Josh on cell phone that vehicle could be picked up at NOON. I arrived at 1pm, he was out to lunch no one in the office so one of the workers said the van was still in prep room, about 1:25 he arrived and went to get the van out of prep room, still had tape on front lens, tag was not on back of vehicle and then when I was going over it he kept saying I told them to do this and that. I watched Undercover Boss and I thought you all would make good on what you said on the show and watch your companies closer but guess that didn't happen. E. Ridge
