The founding team of MacStation is comprised of eminent Laptop service centers owners who have been into the industry since 2002 and have been into iPhone service industry for nearly a decade since the launch of first generation of iPhone. MacStation is an India’s First independent Apple Service Provider Company headquartered in Mumbai Grant Road, that Provide Hardware & Software Level Support and Services for the apple devices. MacStation is a chain of retail stores owned and operated by MacStation . The stores sell & Service Mac personal computers, iPhone smartphones, iPad tablet computers, iPod portable media players, Apple Watch smartwatches, Apple TV digital media players, software, and select thirdparty accessories..! The first MacStation were originally opened as two locations in May 2008 by then-CEO Karan Shah after years of attempting but failing store-within-a store concepts. Seeing a need for improved retail presentation of the company's Services, he began an effort in 2010 to revamp the retail program to get an improved relationship to Customers, and hired Mukesh Pawar in 2010. Karan relaunched MacStation’s Pune store in 2010, and opened the first two physical stores in 2010 Pune & Delhi.

I got to go another place fir my conference work next day .. they give my Mac book in working condition next day. That was really amazing was one service done by ... i recommended this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted my MacBook and they have changed my SSD without my information and told me that SSD is gone bad however I have gave them in working condition.
I had a fight at the reception they are sitting in the main market and doing fraud in a big level.
How I came to know that my SSD is changed because I already have taken the photo of the SSD which I shown them and they are in totally denial mode.
I will register a complaint against them. This is completely cheating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are theifs, I had submitted my iPhone 5S for home button replacement and they have changed my display and when I asked that they have changed my display then they denied.
That’s not all, I have also submitted my working another iPhone 5S for battery replacement and when they have changed the battery of my phone and returned the device to me what I found that my phone keeps restarting and crashing fo no reason. Then I had to buy a new phone for my self.
I contacted Ashish Shukla he was the main person who takes care of customer at front end but honestly they are cheaters. I don’t know if the owner of this company is aware of these activity or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2nd time there. This time to repair a cracked screen ipad mini.
So first they did a quick initial assessment of my broken ipad and told me the probable issue and gave me a quote approximate cost of the repair.
Price wasn't cheap, but wasn't too high from market rate I guess.
After price agreed, I left my ipad there for repair.
Usually it's same day collection, but I went on weekend and there was already a queue.
So collected it on the next day. Upon collection, the staff did a check of all the function and I paid up. Repair parts are cover with 1 month warranty.
Overall excellent experience.
