★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m completely wowed by the service given by Maccare in Pune. My glass screen of the MacBook Pro had started coming off due to some reasons. They checked it, fixed it instantly and didn’t even charge me anything, I definitely wasn’t expecting that. They don’t charge anything for the diagnostics as well. Plus their receptionist Pranali also shared some best practices with me on how to handle my laptop and put me at ease with her warmth. When you enter their office you also get so motivated by the beautiful quotes they have put up in the reception area by Steve Jobs and Elon Musk, being a life coach I found it very very energising with positive vibrations. I totally recommend them, rather than the typical authorised dealers who charge 2.5 k just for diagnosis.

Now though the repair was not possible, as the problem was related to Intel chip, they genuinely provided me other options as per the requirement. Pricing is also, reasonable enough. And the staff behaviour is also good. They took couple of hours for the thorough testing and provided me the results. So yes, I am recommending them to anyone requiring repair services for their Mac products.
