★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money laundering is what they run the store for. I visited the store with the problem of a damaged microphone and on examining, they advised me to replace the motherboard. I replaced my laptop's motherboard sometime around 14th August and since then I had to visit the store 4 times in one and half months because of various issues - none of which were present before. They are very irresponsible, they do not do their work properly and I had to face problems because of that. When I called them asking for explanation, they said they'll call back in 30 mins after talking to the team, but have ever since switched off their phone and not taking calls. I've deadlines to meet and work that needs to be done and here I'm sitting with a dead laptop after spending almost 13k in the month of August and no response from their side.
