After my parcel got delivered to their mumbai office, instead of sending it to the mentioned address, they ask to come and collect from Marine Drive office else they will send it back. After many calls they say they will deliver it to the mentioned address soon, but even after one week of parcel arrival, I have not received it. They don't even pick up the call. Worst service providers.
