★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable. They updated tracking status to Door locked or closed even when I was at home. When called them, they told me to collect it from their office. The behaviour of the staff was quite rude when asked for an explanation behind such an update. Disappointed by the service and no professionalism.
