I have been loyal to Madonna Green Park and expected the same from Bella Madonna Galleria, but irrespective of the price charged the service was below par. If after a hair cut i still have split ends, I am totaling ignoring the styles as that call out for disaster. The hair cut given is so bad that even a pony tail looks disgusting.
The shop is meant to give hair cut to only children and toddlers- i saw plenty of them when i walked in, of-course some of them were also dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience when I went for a blow-dry earlier, however I was quite disappointed with my haircut. Especially as I went for a radical change and wanted a short haircut. I even showed 3-4 pics to the hair dresser, however at the end of it I learnt that the hairstyle was new for him and i kind of became a guinea pig and ended up spending over 2 hrs in the salon with the hairdresser trying to get it right.....he coudn't!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really a bad experience. They don't really value a customer, especially a new one. The hair dresser couldn't even tell whether my hairs are symmetrically cut or not. When I came home and saw in the mirror properly, I realised the cut was uneven. Also, no cleanliness. It was looking a big mess. Total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed the person pics of the haircut I had on mind and he proceeded accordingly. He seemed experienced and gave me a good haircut. I cost me 500 which I found to be moderate but the shampooing and conditioner was I felt was a bit overpriced. Overall good ambience, staff and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great highlights and hair cut! The colour turned out better than I could have imagined, great suggestion for colour shade by Srylist! Also for a super relaxing manicure and pedicure while my hair was being done!
The massage was sooo good! Over all great staff and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best time at the salon. The staff is absolutely amazing. Loved every minute of my time here. I went to get my pedicure and eyebrows done. Mr. Sanjay quite an old employee who did my pedicure was absolutely brilliant. The massage he did really calm my nerves down. Got my gel nail paint done by Ms. Monica who is new here but her patience to do the work was really impressive. Every staff of the salon is extremely professional. Highly recommended to visit the salon next time you're at Basant Lok market. They have a good gel nail paint offer running at present.
