★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting this place for quite sometime because the hairstylists are superb, particularly Mubeen & Sunny. The management/manager/owner are downright idiots though. They decide to get their maintenence done right on top of your head while you're getting your haircut. Terrible experience today. Never visiting again. Have some regard for your customers if you don't want to lose them.

Mr. Udit & Mr. Asif did amazing work with my hair … totally in love with my new haircut with such an improvement in hair quality by the treatment done by Udit…I also went for some hydra facial by Ms. Kalpana and my face feels so rejuvenated & fresh…. Definitely going for more services and highly recommend the NeuSalonIndia Basant lok branch… The managing staff was also very polite and professional keeping with clients requirements… Keep up good work guys ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to hair experiments, I am a novice. I've been following Neu Salon on the internet for a few years and have always been impressed by their hair makeovers. Faizan assisted me in figuring out the right hair color and how we might achieve it without causing damage to my hair. He was extremely attentive with my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure. The service was fantastic. I would recommend NEU Salon to anyone who is apprehensive about their first hair colour or makeover. When it comes to hair, it's safe to say they're the best on the market!! I'm still getting used to the new colour, but I've already received amazing compliments so far. Kudos to Faizan and his entire team.
The salon's hospitality and cleanliness are above par. (strictly adhering to the covid protocols, which I really liked and they make you feel safe)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom got her hair coloured from the Basant Lok branch. The staff was really helpful, cooperative and polite. The place was very hygienic and very well maintained. The colour artist, Mr. Faizan did a wonderful job on my mom’s hair. The colour was exactly the same as the reference picture that i shared with them. They also recommended my mom the necessary shampoo and conditioners to healthily maintain her colour and also shared the exact shades of colour and the proportion to compose and apply the colour to the new grey hair that will grow out eventually. My mom had a wonderful experience at this amazing salon.
