And getting every day new new problem and contacted staff to repair every time.they keep my bike for service but again and again new new problem arising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i dont no about this company but, The serveyor of this company is very bad...they will never coperate you, specially Anrindham Chakraborty he is not attentive guy and he will always try to misguide you....i would request to please take serious action against this branch..and i also belive, this is not the first time this company is facing this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst insurance company have ever seen!! And poor service and very much delay in getting the claim amount!! They ask all unnecessary papers and stuffs for the refund.
And I’m supposed to get a refund which they are dragging from past 5 months and not yet received!
So I personally suggest not to be insured your vehicle from this company, way better options are available in the market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst insurance policy, purchased Magma HDi health insurance policy, not getting claim for hospitalisation , the claim is being delayed with unnecessary questions and quiry with a intention to deprive me from claim. Customer care service is not helpful.this is causing tremendous mental agony.
