★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible tours and travels company one can come across. We recently went to Andaman through these travels , they arranged a resort for us which had rats in it, the AC in the room was not working and we eventually had to shift to another resort paying extra money . Plus the travel they provided never did any proper coordination , we had to keep calling a lady called Manali and never got a response. This tours and travels sucks , please don't ever choose this !!!

We chose Magnetic Tours for our Andaman Trip. As of till date I have went for various trips. But this was the most unorganised and unplanned trip ever. There was no proper communication on the itenary and for eaxh and every details we have to call the manager and ask for the details. The purpose of going for these tour agencies is to avoid confusions and have a peaceful trip overall. But rather these people added more complications and spoiled the entire trip. Even now, after seeing this i expect someone to ask for a feedback if they wish to correct their mistakes but i have 0 hopes on them... Will see !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfectly organized and incorporate by travels coordinaters. All points are ticked with respect to your travel voucher. Hotels and other services were also fine at their place. I fully enjoyed my trip. I will recommend to other also. And looking forward to my new trip. ??

The sales team customised my travel itinerary according to my requirements, the stay and hospitality arrangments were comforting during entire trip. We did not face any communication gaps or lack of professionalism during entire planning and execution of the trip. The team onboard is courteous and friendly, cheers to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on anniversary trip to Andamans in the month of Feb. The trip was well planned and organized by the Magnetic Travels with few ups and downs (which can be ignored). Coordinators were well informed and on time. Hotel were good and pre-booked. Though we had to wait in Havelock as in our hotel/resort- Symphony palms beach resort booking details were not updated, therefore we waited for an hour but on calling the Magnetic Travel Agent Nisha, this got resolved in 10mins. Apart from this once the ferry(Port blair-Havelock) seats booked were not together and had to sit alone for the whole 1.5hr journey(L'll awkward).
In whole, the trip was good and hassle free. Cabs provided were tidey and well maintained. Although the budget was on higher side by 5k-7k, but if you can shell out this much amount for comfort then Magnetic tours and Travels are good option.

This was my first trip with Magnetic tours and my experience was great as all the bookings they did for me was awesome. Cab as well as ferry service was too good and Cab drivers were friendly and helped a lot at the time of exploring the islands. Staff is friendly so you can call them anytime and they are ready to help in all possible way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience in Andaman. There were many travel agents but we booked through Magnetic tour and travels. It's new company and the folks are very gentle and co-operative. We didn't find any difficulties as all things were planned as iternary.
