They are a FRAUD company, check the projects delivered by magnolia you will understand the quality of their projects, they have never delivered a single project on time and they keep a lot of hidden charges, at the time of buying you will never know those and later you’ll not be able to do anything. And do not give any token money to them, they will say it’s refundable but will never refund your money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel free to waste your money. Try calling up or visting existing Magnolia facilities and speak to the residents and you will know. Rest, it is your money, feel free to waste. Even the local builders are better than them in terms of quality. A nice looking brochure, polite marketing team will sell you the facility and then you will cry over spilled milk for the rest of your life just like me and thousands others. Welcome to our group!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What surprised me when I visited the project site was the size of the rooms they offered. I was searching for 2BHK and what they offer is really fantastic. I don't care much about those luxury amenities, but rooms where I would living in mostly matter.
Sales people are polite and quite helpful. They are not pushy and very down to earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a flat last year. Construction progress is very good. My relatives stays in skyview, their flat quality, amenities and greeneries they keep in their project is very good quality. Atleast their construction is gooing on where riishii pranaya and hijiibiji is going on since 4-7yrs. Happy with Merlion.

Construction quality is too good compared to all other developer in this city & most important thing is VASTU is maintained properly at the time of planning of project drawings.
