★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour when it comes to cancellation of flat and refund. Just delaying and delaying and not paying any heed to the need of the refund. Emails, ph calls are useless as they just keep on saying it will be done but actually they do nothing.

Awesome builder who always live up to the expectations of buyers.I also bought a flat at one of their prestigious project.They delivered it within timeframe and that too during this pandemic which is commendable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my comment after living Magnolia property after few months. I like to rate less than zero to this builder group.
Pros : they make budget homes.
Otherwise list of Cons :
1. Poor quality sand and cement. Crack in plaster is common issues through inside and outside wall.
2. Poor engineers probably hired from WhatsApp University. Dampness is also common problem in their property due to bad expansion joint between buildings.
3. Rain water seepage is a one of the problem from given aluminium windows.
4. Even they didn't check water pressure in all bathrooms okay are not.
5. Individual Parking area marked lesser than actual to increase the number of parking slots than sanctioned plan to make more profit.
6. Hired roadside contractors to build their properties. Hence making poor quality homes.
7. Maintenance is very big issue with builder
Dear buyers pls visit their handed over properties in Rajarhat, Barasat etc. Talk to the residents then invest your hard earned money.
Most of the 4/5star reviews are paid or forced to post. Request you all to be honest to build a good society. Fraudsters should be eliminated.
