β β β β β Very nice and we'll behaved staff at the clinic,very helpful.I ve never had to wait more than a few minutes.Dr.Madhuri MC is a great doctor whos very understanding and listens patiently to your concerns and explained everything in a detailed manner.Very impressed with the overall experience .Highly Recommended.I would give more stars if available more than 5.

β β β β β Very poor. Not worth for single star too based on the experience received. No proper communication within the diagnosis centre and they havenβt understood the urgency of the report and no response for that except repeated calls for the payment of money.
Very very bad experience and they are least bothered about the customer response too when the issue is from there end except for the money.

β β β β β Magnus diagnostic centre is located in one of the prime areas in South Bangalore. Even though they have a location advantage, some bad apples among them spoil your experience.Some of the staff here is extremely arrogant. My mother faced this harsh experience from the doctors which further worsened her health condition. I hope Magnus responds to this so that others will not face a similar experience as mine

β β β β β I had been visiting this center for consulting and test since couple of years now, it's been a very satisfying experience , Dr Madhuri exhibits a thorough analytical diagnosis and consultation , she is a seasoned doctor and very methodological and organized Doctor. Her treatment helped me and my family all these years. Dr Prashant also had been helpful and proficient orthopaedic doctor and treated my family. This center has qualified and highly experienced doctors from varied division like gynecologist also. Their diagnosis center is fast, reliable and very well equipped
