The building material is sub standard...
During my stay, the flooring in some of the flats got cracked and response from management was “ye to hota rehta hai”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an apartment. It has 50 flats with 3 and 2 bedrooms. It has all basic amenities like car parking, 24hrs security, power backup, party hall. The association is formed. There are still few flats available for sale. Apartment is very close to the main road. There is supermarket(Star), Magnus, Vijayshree hospital and petrol pump etc at walkable distance. Fruit, vegetables and grocery vendors are also closeby. The aparrment is at apt location.
