★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited GR Regent Park apartments recently to meet a close cousin's family. I am impressed with that apartment complex, the security and gate pass for visitors like other modern recently constructed properties. But what strike me more was the serene surroundings and big balconies - all three sides - giving panaramic views of of greenery of neighborhood, overlooking Bannerghatta Road and Nice road ...some have Hulimavu lake views...The best view is watching Sunset from top floor balconies. A well maintained, spacious apartments, some have servant rooms..ample car parkings.... And a small nice temple within the complex. It has also got all typical modern facilities.. I give a Thumb Up to GR Regent Park. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the beautiful residential Apartment in Southern Bangalore with lot of open space. Located near Gottigere lake, it has got great view towards City and NICE road. The Flats are very spacious (Vasthu compliant) and quality of construction at its best !
Cons: High maintenance cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to owe an apartment here. Every thing as is being informed to me by my relatives, is secured. The guards on duty seemed to be polite and to my surprise all of them were helpful too...
All the facilities which are required in today's expectations are available here.
Personally I am thinking of having an apartment here at Bengaluru, if by any means I have to leave Nagpur
