★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and kids friendly apartment with lots of amenities. Some car parkings are in open area, not very spacious rooms and not many shops in surrounding area. Calm and clean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction is very good, nice place, mostly decent families, but exceptions are there. Children are very loud, no place for them to play so they play in corridors. Some neighbors play very loud music even at late nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for 2 days in my uncle's house. Complex is clean and good. The only problem is that the garbage bin is located only in one place in the entire complex which makes it a little bit problematic.
