★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I wish there was negative review option. Because that's what this complex deserves. Very very pathetic maintenance team and management. I have suffered for an issue for about an year after getting into this complex. That is drainage water flowing at the car parking area. Just imagine, how one can get into the car or get out of car when drainage water flowing. It was never addressed even though I have complained about it several times. Complex looks elegant from outside, but it's horrible to live in this complex. I was just waiting for my rental agreement to expire so that I could move out. The best part is the owner. Even though agreement expired with 11 months timeframe, he was deducting 1 month rent and 1 month maintenance fee from our deposit stating I have not given timely notice for vacating the flat (I have given 15 days notice as agreement was expiring). But when I took legal step, he shut his mouth totally and returned my money. He never added us to apnacomplex through which, maintainance team manages all the activities of the complex. I never ever want to stay in kind of complex in my lifetime. In addition to this, in the name of an occassion they will always shout into the mic for an additional boost of volume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place I would say I’m resident since 2011 the locality is outside of all city noise and peaceful…Slowly this area is catching up with apartments grocery, vegetable shop etc.Near by school is Vibgyor and little ahead on Bannerghataa is Carmel Academy, Sherwood Hig etc.

It has a Club House...with an Outdoor Swimming Pool, Indoor Gym, Indoor Carrom, Indoor Chess, A Yoga Room, 2 Indoor Table Tennis Tables and 2 Party Halls..... The society has 2 Outdoor Cricket Practice Nets, 2 Outdoor Badminton Courts, 3 Children's Play Areas and A Half Basketball Concrete Court...
