★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor construction quality. I can see many houses already in cracks, dead rat in the unmaintained swimming pool, and to top it, there is a graveyard which is 1 minute walk from the front office of the property...
On positive side, each house has a beautiful lawn in front and also spacious veranda. Car park is such that you can park right under your house.

People are friendly and keep their houses in great spirit and love to mingle around with harmony . Security is tight and good. Overall great place to live.

Noise less 24/7 with birds chirping in the mornings and evenings. With a club house equipped with a gym and a badminton court and swimming pool.
