Outer society wall is tall enough and safe.
Garden is beautiful, well maintained and runs across the boundary.
Amenities includes gym, community (party) house, swimming pool ( above average in terms of maintainance and cleanliness) and a tennis court ( mostly used by kids as a mini football ground),parking space ( 1 car + 1 two wheeler)
A big space above parking(terrace of central parking passage) is empty and unused with old badminton court markings.
Coming to the apartment, they have options of 2bhk and 3bhk each having 2 balconies, which had good length but less width to my liking.
Halls are impressively big, all rooms have attached bathroom as expected ( common bathroom for hall was missing, but that's fine for me).
Security is available 24/7.
Guest parking option nor available and guests needs to part their car/bike outside only.
4.5 stars, for good pricing, good maintainance and ammenities.

My entire family enjoy everyday here.
My kids enjoy playing football entire day with his/her friends. So many kids. Great place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place for family resident. I come here for personal training. They have 2 blocks A n B with track for walk around the building and space for children to play.
They have gym on the terrace where you can get beautiful views around.
Good advantage for this resident is you have close connection road to mysore road highway and electronic city, bannerghatta Zoo, Dmart, police station, petrol pump, decathlon, hospitals, hotels, gym and not too close to main road away from noisy vehicles sounds.
You can get access to all your requirements. Love visiting daily to this place.
