★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a standard gated apartment complex experience. It's got sport facilities such as a mediocre gym, their pool is small but well maintained with a shallow kids pool on the side. The badminton court is not a wooden floor one, it's basically a stone floor, rate of injuries may be high, the acoustics are horrible as it's a really big room with minimal sound dampeners so get ready to hear echos everytime you play, it gets irritating after sometime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate it 1 star (wish something lower was available) because of elite post graduate students staying(partying) here.. FOREVER... Wish I could name the students of this elite post graduate College..but then it would be unfortunate to name the institution coz of its students and the wise people would have already guessed it by now. They will party on random days at random times and randomly chatter out in balconies or move the furniture around. "Ajmera-them" is the place to be ! But "Ajmera+them".. Please think twice before moving in!
If you are with your family who is looking for a "SOUND SLEEP AT NIGHT".... Then I wouldn't recommend Ajmera green acres...(again only and solely coz of the above mentioned REASON)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated society with full of greenery and all other amenities like gym, basketball court, play areas, swimming pool etc. The rooms are also well spacious. Both 2Bhk & 3 Bhk is available here.
Huge areas and greenery are best thing here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely landscaping, good access to a vegetable shop and grocery store within the campus, and other amenities like Swimming Pools, Badminton court, Billiards room and Gym.
However, the buildings itself aren't well maintained externally. Painting of the whole campus is a much needed long due task to do!

Build quality for average builder is ok
A Khata for flats
Amenities like swimming pool, gym and clubhouse available
Association is good.
Cons/Issues/Concerns:
Though A Khata, it has deviations in setback area and FAR deviation
2 Penthouses on top floor so FAR deviation
Gym and Clubhouse on top floor, not approved in BBMP for G+4 apartments
Swimming pool is not functional, though Gym and clubhouse is functional.
Sometime tanker comes in summer.
Overall I will say build quality is ok for an average builder but will fall under akrama sakrama and will not be able to get OC(occupancy certificate). Though property has A Khata, one has to pay penalty to regularize entire building. We are struggling to get cauvery connection due to OC not being available. So if you are buying, be ready to pay 3-4 lacs penalty.
