★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downside is the carpet area, vey less compared to any other project. Sale team has only 2 apartment for sale and evry thing is sold out as per them. So no need to visit as by the time this is posted, the last 2 flats would have sold out.lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worst builder who make huge high rises n a very crowded appartment to maximum capacity they are pigeon hole type of flats in urban banglore , we dont need such appartments specially on busy roads like bannerghatta , sarjapur , whitefield where trafic n trains runs already in full capacity . Bad investment . ,This builder is destroying the sky line of banglore . I will not recomend one to purchase his projects .Quality of such projects is questionable .!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team act (someone named Nithin) extremely pricey and has a lot of attitude. They don't have a sample flat to start with and quote way higher than the market price.
Irrespective of how good or bad the property is, the sales team gets you cheesed off and you wouldn't have the desire to go ahead with the conversation, let alone closing the deal.
All the best dealing with them. I for one have HAD it with Prestige. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is very good and has the best amenities, location wise also very good, but really upset with the way the marketing guy Nithin treats customers. He throws attitude as though he is the owner of Prestige he has forgotten that he is employed there and draws salary from the money customers would shell out buy the flat. The treatment towards customers who go to enquire is as if they are beggars asking for something free. The only marketing gimmick in place is that all flats are sold and only one unit is remaining, if you want it then pay 6 Lakhs to book upfront. This is not the way a premium builder should be treating customers. People who walk in with enquiries have the potential to spend crores and buy the property, if not treated well they have other options from other builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales guy was too rude for someone in sales. Spoke to somebody named Nithin.
1. They did not have a sample flat. When asked for one, he says without a sample flat only we are sold out.
2. Later he says, we just have one unit available, if you are interested. It was on the ground floor. The price he was quoting was way beyond the market price. I said, for a ground floor the price is too steep. He said, tell me your budget and we will show you something for your price. I said I am not going to pay premium amount for a property just because it fits in my budget. I will pay what is optimum.
This man just snubs the potential customers and has an attitude as if he OWNS Prestige. Way too pricey.
I am done with Prestige. Thank you!!

The structure is near finish…
Except the Metro ? line right in front.. it’s a 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the site for inquiry. Marketing team is quite professional and ready to address all my queries. They don't have any model flat as of now but they gave a good virtual tour of premises. there are 4 towers and as per them first 2 towers are all booked up. All flats' balconies are either North or South facing which is bit of downside as I'd prefer good natural sunlight during day time. All 4 sides are already developed so we get an idea of open spaces etc. Very close to upcoming metro station, Minakshi Mall & Temple so it's very vell connected. Quoted rates are bit on higher side at about 7200 psft.
