★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a well gaurded, gym, spacious parking zone, basketball court, with a small grocery shop, iron shop, electrician and plumber.. the rooms are very spacious and well planned according to vaastu.. there is an association in the society which is a great help for the residents. Every alternate day they medicine for mosquito so thats a plus point here.. the maintenance here includes water too so water is not a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old, 10 yrs+, apartment but very well made for the middle class. Superb Association management of daily affairs. No unnecessary expenses yet all necessities taken gud care of. Close to (500m) the main road, all types of shops, bus stops n upcoming Metro too! Far from Railway stations & airport though!

My personal list of awesome facts about Nandi Park Apartments.
1. Not a high rise apartment: Ground + 3 floors only.
2. Great looks due to the stone cladding done on the entire outer walls, the exterior beauty remains the same even if the building gets older.
3. No where you will see so much open space than here. As a owner you get a very good undivided share.So good value for money.
4. Excellent greenery and space for the kids to have fun.
5. Doesn't have any high maintenance amenities like swimming pool etc.
6. Proximity to all essentials - Schools/Colleges/Hospitals/Public Transport/Malls.
7. Walk-able from Bannerghatta road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment, have visited couple of times.Condtruction is typical Nandi group. Very well maintained. Ample place for walking. Nice garden. Has Shuttle court. Kids have lot of space to play. Peaceful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condition have worsened. Roads up to the Apartment is bad. Water and electricity is a problem. Just imagine we have 12 hours of power cut in a day. Maintenance is unsatisfactory. Complaint raised are not addressed. Better to avoid mow. Once metro starts hope things would improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is close to a narrow S turn that is damaged. If timely steps are not taken to upgrade or upkeep the same, there us alike risk of road accident. An initiative to bring this to the BBMP for repair is necessary.
