★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These flats are in Bangalore's prime location with 750 flats. Everything accessible within the community. Bangalore's 2 best hospitals are within 5kms (Fortis & Apollo). 3 big supermarkets within 5kms (D-Mart, Star Bazaar, MK Ahmed). A mall within 2 kms (Meenakshi Mall). In the market the RESALE VALUE of these flats is quite HIGH.
The best place to be in Bangalore for young, senior citizens and children. Ideal for families who are looking for a good environment for their kids to grow up in. There was a fire accident (about 6-7yrs ago) in one of our blocks but since then we have progressed a lot regarding it. People who live here are the only ones who will know if the place is good or bad. Visitors are not the right people to judge the place. There are 1000+ people living in peace and harmony. People who are giving this place a bad review are the ones who cannot afford the flats here as they don't come cheap. Every apartment or gated community has its own ups and downs and there are no apartments all over India that are problem free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a local guide so can completely trust this comment. I have been living here since 7 YEARS and flats in this apartment are AFFORDABLE and has VALUE FOR MONEY..
1.It has vast balcony ,tennis court, basketball court football court , volleyball court, badminton , billiards, swimming pool, table tennis, gym
2. Dispensary and medical shops are also available...two doctors come every afternoon for checkup of patients
3.mosquito repellent is sprayed everyday in the whole apartment to make sure no mosquito breeding happens, gutters are cleaned and chemical sprayed kill pests
4. 20-25 gardeners are kept for garden maintenance, and 24*7 electricity and water supply with NO COMPLAINT AT ALL
