★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So called Dr.Rajeev was very rude. Don't respect patients time. We reached today 5.15pm for a scanning, finally we came out at 8pm. There were only 6 patients, still it took almost 3 hiurs. All the way we travelled from Jigani and we had 1.5 years old baby. @Management I'm failing understand how can a doctor shout at patients ? Or make patients to wait for hours ? I request you to check your check CCTV there were 2 patients sitting and they were struggling to sit. Still he made people to wait and he was chatting with other doctor. Between 5 to 8 is to attend the patients and not chat with other docodo. Plz make him understand or remove him from the system. Let someone else take over his place and serve people better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad in pricing.... I have taken service of mri scan for 1 knee they charged me rs. 8000 with 10% discount. But in general it is showing rs. 3500 for all other hospital(I googled it). even in their website also it is showing rs. 4000 but still they charged double. If I questioned at reception they are replying like it is not updated in website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely should not be in medical or healthcare services. We had an emergency and called to book for an ortho appointment with dr Sudhakar. They gave us a time which was 3 hours away, and stressed that we should inform them if we cancel. We finally waited for 3 hours and went there only to find out they were asking us to see another doctor. In a time of covid they should really give us the actual details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience, the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Mr Robin and Miss Savitha were very professional and Flexible at the same time. The reports were given quickly and Mr Robin did go a mile in order to help and make sure all my reports were ready and tests were conducted immediately.
