★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A but far from the city. You can easily get a direct b us from Belapur cbd which will drop you to ulwe in about 30mins.really convenient, the flats out there are superb at this cost. Can't ask for more. And moreover you can get every facility and it's an developing area, you've got upcoming new airport for Navi Mumbai as well as a local train station for convenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good project, but located just behind cremation ground which is still operational. Buy only if the cremation ground is demolished, No clue why CIDCO allowed cremation ground is still being operated in residential area.
