Please don't rely on this fellow Raju working there. Overall their service was good.

Weighing 2 gm.at rs 25 more,dose not hav the discipline to speak to the owner .They say different prices and ask for a lot of money when they take the parcel, they say Rs. 120 on the phone for Pune and charge Rs. 200 if they take the parcel. All dirty service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a package of around 4.25 kg of dry fruits to my parents. The package was properly packed in a carton box. When my parents received it, carton was torn from one side and one of the almonds pack which was inside carton was torn from two places, and around half a kg of almonds were taken out. Clearly it was a theft by the people who handled the courier when it was in transit.
Really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional. Customer service is also pretty good. They do solid packing. Even if you bring the items to be courierd in bags, they pack in cardboard box or plastic sacks and parcel it. For laptops special bubble wrapping is done which costs additional Rs 200. Their rates as on March 2022 are as follows: -
Above 40kg outside Maharashtra Rs 90 per kg
In between 10 and 15kg it's Rs 130 per kg.
I would personally recommend this place incase if you are staying in ulwe.
