They have time to reply after 11pm.... But they don't have time for emergencies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing. We took our kid to this so-called "24 hr hospital". But were told by the staff that the doctor is not in and will be available only the next morning. We wasted our precious time commuting to this 24 hr hospital when it wasn't the case.
I am adding this in reply to the feedback from hospital management. The management states that doctors are not available during regular OPD hours. We clearly stated that this was an emergency to the hospital staff and were informed that the doctor will only be available the next morning. Why else would i make a 45 mins drive given the serious condition of our child. Please note that we reached at 9pm and there was no doctor in sight.
