★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought mattresses twice. First one bought in 2012. Another same brand bought in 2014. First one got damped in 2 years. Called the company people, they paid a visit and gave us the reason that we were using the mattress upside down. (There were no such instructions on manual) Then we turned it as asked, and it got damped again in 6 months. Then i took it to the store where they kept my mattress for 2 days and did nothing. Then after 2 days, i took them myself and got it exchanged from Chandigarh industrial area although free of cost but after suffering from lot of mental agony. (Brand replaced : sleep star. Got replacement: Kohinoor) Now, Kohinoor has got damped too. And my later bought sleep star has started to get bad also.
This time i am thinking to throw both the mattress away instead of going through that mental torture again. Please avoid this store.

I'm yet to experience the product, just bought... But, experience on sale, warranty, commitment and documentation is BAD...

We had just asked them to put a 100% blackout lining to our DDecor curtains ( which we bought from somewhere else )
1st he said lining cannot be done on those curtains, would need to buy separate new lining curtain.
2. while taking size, he asked us to get more lining curtains than the actual curtain ( just to increase his bill )
3. he claimed the lining cloth to be 100% blackout and overcharged for the same, whereas the cloth was soo bad, that it doesn't even block light at night time. blockage is maximum 20-30% like other cheap material available in the market.
Now when we argued with the owner about the blackout part, which he even wrote on the bill too, this guy had the guts to confront that, this is what blackout curtains are. LOL
Atleast earlier we were having Whitish light in the room, now whole room has gone YELLOW after putting the worst quality lining curtain from him.
Sucha Cheater, beware of such people. Waste of money.
