★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What truly means a medication is all here... You would loose fear even if the circumstances are fearful. The Drs are the real saviours here. Their quality guaranteed skills are worth of your money. Staff, procedural services and everything is just amazing and satisfying.
I have got operated by Dr. Prachi ma'am, & her knowledge+experience+soft skills made me loose all my fear. I must say she is best in her work. Though I haven't met Dr Unmesh sir but all I heard that he is the best in his orthopaedic operations. I have seen a smiling 75 year old lady walking after his knee replacement operation.
They may charge little bit high but they ensure quality in their work. Forget about penny bcz they will let you forget your pain.
They do what is needed, and not whatever they can. They ensure long term health of the patient. They never experiment on you but what they provide is quality treatment showing good experience. I feel like 5 stars are not adequate to tell the awesome services provided at MOSH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mahajan is very good doctor. He fixed my daughter's fracture very nicely and didn't charge very much. For this fracture another doctor was recommending operation and charging high amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My younger brother Sanskar was treated at this pace by Dr Prachi Mahajan. She's is very intelligible, experienced and patient friendly. My mother also received good consolation from her. Just had few issues with general Ward amenities.Else, whole experience of treatment and two days stay was very satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hospital. Spacious, fully air conditioned. Helping staff. Doctor is well known for successful operations, especially for knee transplant, hip joint replacement etc.
Proper physio therapy after such operations is must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience waiting for hours. Highly mismanaged. The reception staff is rude and they don't have a proper system in place. The doctor is fine but the entire experience is terrible. Would try to avoid coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience. I had gone through harniya surgery and I must say it was very less painful. Dr. Prachi mam is so kind and soft spoken where you already feel that your half of pain gone. Staff is also helpful. My mom is also had the same experience. She had cancer surgery.
Only I have one suggestion for staff that they should have complete checklist of questions ready for patients. What I saw that nurses and doctors are coming to my room for asking the same questions before surgery. Questions like do you have bp, sugar, allergy ,etc ...
If the staff is having one checklist where they will store these details and attached to main file and then everyone can get the details from that file. So asking same question to patient can be removed from the process. This will definitely help to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was suffering from knee pain. We went to Mahajan clinic where doctor took x-ray of both of her knees and suggested Knee replacement surgery for both. We took the appointment for surgery, completed all formalities and tests and admitted mother 1 day prior to surgery. Doctor came for a visit and said "Sorry I didn't check x-ray carefully first and you don't need surgery of both knees." And he cancelled surgery of right leg and performed knee replacement only on left knee.
After 6 months, her right knee is showing same symptoms. Now we are in great dilemma whether to do the same procedure again. Very disappointed.
It's very frustrating financially and mentally.
