★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited first time on 5th jan 2021 at 12:30 for pregnancy related consultation. Consultancy fee is ₹700 for 1st time. Dr. Mulik checked up & wrote for tests, suggested medicines of ₹ 2450. We felt that the behavior of pathologist's assistant is unprofessional and insulting. We were forced to stand up in out side of Patho.lab about 10 mins. cause of having no waiting chair there. After taking samples she told to give the test reports at 18:00. We reached again hospital that time and After observation Dr. Suggested one another medicine of ₹ 1000. When i asked to come for next check up, he told the date.
Second Visit on 22nd Jan 2021 at 11:00
We asked for Dr. Mulik but he was on leave 22nd to 29th of January. So another dr. Watched the file at 12:00 PM. He prescribed new medicines & HSG on 27th january but didn't tell anything for previous remained medicines. We paid ₹500 at reception. When i asked for old medicines dr. cancelled two medicines. We purchased new medicine of ₹365.
Third visit 28th jan 2021 at 17:30
Dr. gave injection, wrote some medicines for HSG test, took ₹3500 & said to go to Lifecare diagnostics in Ramdaspeth due to not availability of HSG test. We asked for next visit date. After 1 hour we showed the HSG report that was normal. Dr. Suggested for dates and said to come again after conceived.
