I would like to share my experiences and honestly, I had an amazing experience.
1) my iPhone got locked and within few minutes they just unlocked my phone, while I was struggling.
2) When I wanted to convert my sim in nano from micro, at that time Airtel gallery suggested me to convert from pre-paid to post-paid to do so. But that was not the solution, it’s just the cutter required.
Trust me, I just went to Mr.Abhishek Sir, and he converted into nano card,
wow! Trust me I couldn’t believe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is the biggest cheat. Gives false promises. Recently gave a working Lenovo vibe x2 phone for repair of speaker and glass cracked. Promises repair in 2 days in front of his customer service. Regular follow up for 10 days. Returns phone in non working condition and bills me RS 3200/-. Speaker not repaired. Gives excuses. Phone is now in a total scrap condition after his repair. All be careful of this cheat. Talks very sweetly. Since he billed me 3200 and returns phone in not working condition I am planning to give him the phone also so that he is happy cheating me and making money . This money will not last long for him.

We can call them many times and enhance our knowledge, He Disrespect all Sales man , I have noted, using many company material for free. When company ask for charges ,he asked to take away the company material, He called me 3-4 times takes a software demo, ask all things, compare with many other software, then insist us to give many extra features in our software. When we ask for customisation cost, he neglect our deal. After mentioning him earlier the price of software is X , he ask for complete demo, utilise all Sales man time and then ready to pay only 25* of X price for full software. I always believed the times is very expensive think , if you can't afford u can say initially for price matter. Don't waste the time of any person. The market is slow, and in this period of you play with salesman sentiment. They will definitely blacklist you. I was really affected my this person Mr Abhishek. Better you change your attitude towards all salesperson and customer.
