★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The store representative and the manager doesnt have time to attend you. They are not honest in saying what they are selling and what you are getting. The management is not approachable either ..... Worst service.. worst attitude of the staff members.... Never visit that store.. Rather buy your OnePlus product on Amazon. That makes much more sense...!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited store for my 3 days old bullet z base edition having voice cracking issue while travelling but did not get any resolution because according to them there is no such issue as they are sitting in a comfy chair not traveling. Not replacing my earphone on day 3 of purchase i wander what is this one year warrant for. Think i wasted 2000 and time.

I had a miserable experience with customer service at one plus store Vasai West. On my first anniversary my wife gifted me a one plus smart watch which she had gone to pick independently at the store as a surprise gift for me. She checked with the representative about the features and phone compatibility and was informed that it works with every phone. While further detailing out the specs the store representative asked her which phone she has and she told them its an iPhone. So she bought and gifted it to me. However when I tried to pair it with my iPhone it didn’t work. Upon going back to the store they shockingly denied that they had given any misleading information and they refused to refund the money. Its so unethical and unprofessional for a store of this repute to cheat customers like this. I would certainly like to reach at a higher level and sort this.
Even I had gone to there review 1 year before same issue one of the customer had faced.
