It's under construction and possesion should be handed over by 2022. Being located near the Bellary Main road/Airport road is the main highlight of the property. However, very far from the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy with this builder, their so called ultra luxurious projects are currently in In-Complete state. They are building a project by name Mahaveer Ranches in Bengaluru since 2014 and it's still in In-Complete status with many owners suffering literally. If you want, you can always feel free to go to that project and enquire with any owners or even with the businesses running outside that project. It's a havoc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is a hidden gem. Metro Station will come up bang opposite to this project (Embassy Boulevard Bettahalasuru) near to A2B. It will be a easy to commute place as it is bang on the highway. Many Retired Defense Personnel has booked apartment in this project due to proximity to Air Force Station. Construction quality and builder communication is good. But be clear this is not an ultra luxury kind of project, so affordable.
