★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, travelled on 29th Feb 2016 with family( 3 senior citizens) from Mumbai to Abu road.
1. Although bus was AC but was old, we felt so many jerks (may be due to old bus or rash driving??) my father in law had vomitted 2-3 times, he fell sick due to constant jerks.
2. We started at 3.30 p.m. on time, they gave 1st halt at 7 pm. and said second they will give at 11 pm, than came traffic jam, so they cancelled entire halt to cover up, after much of argument they gave halt at 12.30 mid night at hotel where not much food available.Even if they do not give meal break at least they should give bathroom break at every 3 hours, women travelers can not go in open. even senior citizen faced same issue, for bathroom they can stop at any dhaba, but for that also I had to request repeatedly for one hours then they stopped.
