★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic time sense. Bus supposed to arrive at 6am, arrived at 6.45am. The driver was given the the wrong permit and had to be taken back all the way to their bibwewadi office. Till 7.45 we were still in pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I've ever had. Totally disappointed. Wonderful worst condition of bus. No seat is good. Frequently puncture. Never saw a good hotel after I stepped into this hotel. Excellent driver skills who drive fast in speed breaker and slow in empty roads. He'll stop the bus for Eating only if he gets free meal or he likes the hotel. No responsibility. nothing.Worst driver. Don't use this Travels Service for your good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience Anath enterprise only have money, when ur book flight plz cheque amount on site because they took 700 to 800 rs per ticket commission and tell we just give 50 rs commission per ticket. we book 50 ticket they took 20000/- commissions in only 2 hours bad experience

I had rented 2 buses from Pune to Nashik for a wedding with AC. But AC was not working in one bus. When we complained, the driver asked us to wait 4 hrs! When we refused he told us that he will charge full amount. This was just one of the many many bad moments that I had over the 3 days.
At the end, when we returned, the driver stopped the bus at a remote petrol pump at 11 pm and demanded us to pay all the amount as if we were gonna run away without paying.
Shantilalji Dhoka is the worst person to deal with. He doesn’t understand the C of Customer Service. Cannot believe that he claimed to be the “Best franchise of Veena world”. Bringing a bad name to the entire franchise. Can’t believe people like this are still running a business like this in 2022.
